The humble beginnings of chef Lorenzo Fleet all started in the sea side town of Margate in South Africa in 1996 he had just left school and was working as a waiter/ barmen in a small family restaurant these were the words he would never forget,(What are you going to tell your kids one day you'r an aged barmen you need a better profession you cook well why not that a chef is a better profession) and so with those words he started his long and painstaking career . His career has taken him around the globe .
